Been on Atkins 3 weeks, lost 10 lbs in the first week but none since. Spoke to trainer who informed me ketosis is unhealthy. Confirmed what a pharmacist friend was telling me also, Use Atkins sparingly. I will begin to add carbs slowly back into my diet now, but limit caloric intake to around 2k calories.

Low carb can help a lot of people. If you are an active person (do a lot of exercise/activity) then ketosis can be a bad thing for some. Carbs are essential for brain and activity. I think it always goes back to the individual and what is right for them. Great job on losing 10lbs though.
