I am so excited and feeling like finally a break in my workout blues...finally. I just finished my first half of my walk on my treadmill after it was repaired today and I think today it worked the best it has worked since I began walking on it. Smooth as glass, I didn't feel the urge to cuss and kick it at all. It didn't smell like it wanted to catch fire I think the man finally actually fixed it. At least for today I am really happy to have it as an option on Tuesdays and Thursdays as those days are not my favorite days to go to the YMCA because I cannot use the pool on those days because of other programs having it booked up all day. I totally enjoyed my workout. I can happy dance all around my house today. Hope you all are having a wonderful day as well.
