Today I went to the YMCA. I am still taking it easy on my foot as it is not feeling any better after the cortisone shot and I am trying to to further injure it to the point of not being able to walk on it. Did walking on the treadmill at the Y and swimming then walking again to get home. I didn't see Thor today as time slipped away from me so quickly I had to catch my bus so tomorrow looks to be a grand day so tomorrow for sure I will try and get my walking buddy and go enjoy some sunshine.

My sister gave me great news that she was coming to visit me this month. I can hardly wait to see her as it has been almost a year and a half since I last saw her. She is also coming at the perfect time to catch some of our sunshine while it continues to try and warm up in Maine.

I can't remember who suggested I use a golf ball to basically rub my foot on, I don't have a golf ball so I have been using a 5 lb bar bell to rub my foot with. It feels good and my cat loves the idea that it is play time. Thanks for the suggestion. I hope you all enjoyed your day, take care.
