I really thought I'd be up. I felt fat. I considered not weighing in today and waiting until next week. I've been having a hard time with sugar lately and I also started working again so more stress and there is less time to work out. I've been fudging my tracking a bit and had a really ugly binge day in there as well. But it goes to show you if you are struggling keep at it. Discard negative thoughts, use your tools, and don't listen to that crazy noise from between your ears.
