Take that Life! Rough couple of weeks. Lot's of stress; new job, earthquakes, got really sick, and pulled a muscle in my quad so I couldn't work out, but I stuck with my diet as best I could, when I got knock off I got back on again and I stayed with it no matter what and...back into down territory. Go team.
