I ate too many muffins last night. But all added up, I just evened out for the day pointwise. I didn't get in my evening exercise because of my son's birthday. We went out for dinner and then came home and watched a movie, stayed up late. I nibbled, but at least I didn't go CRAZY, although it felt like it at the time. I'm tired this morning -- complainy and tired. Gotta do bills, clean, exercise. Messy house -- gotta clean it! Off to do it all -- hope everyone else has a great low cal day!

Happy birthday to your son! Yeah you can't ALWAYS work out the way you plan to. Things come up that get in the way of that, that's why it's nice to do it before work and all that. Hope you're having a better day!

oh my gosh muffins! i want some. lol what KIND of muffins were they though? usually they have some kind of fruits in them like cranberries and stuff ya know? so ate least you got fruit in there. Also, they are full of fiber

I got the Zen muffins that they sell at Trader Joe's, the blueberry kind. Not the fiber ones, but the big ones. I ate the whole box, all four of them. It was 16 points. Aaahh!! I just like them too much.

Everyone has their kryptonite food. Muffins might just be yours! But since you kept them within your points, don't let it bother you. We all have those moments!
