I am back on low carb. I walked three days in a row, over a mile each day. Tonight it looks like maybe rain so I may not walk. But I am back on Atkins strictly and like fifth day now, and my ravenous appetite is now curbed. I take potassium and magnesium. Potassium is a must on Atkins. Foods like mushrooms and avocados have it, but not very many vegetables. I am aiming for 220 lbs. by June 27th. I am tall, so anything below that is good. I will try to get on buddies' journals more often. Quercetin has immensely improved my joint pain - and lessened it, I am on it for allergies.
