Had health issues, (still am) Kids and grand kids visited for a week. Went totally off my schedule but at least I haven't gained 50 lbs. Back to it today.
288.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 113.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
