I think you should stick with it.. because it will work if you follow it. Maybe your points r too much? Or mabey this diet is not for you. Either way find a diet you know you can stick to and dont give up!! U can do it!!! ;)

One of my relatives does the WW points, but I focus on the number of calories I eat and the number of calories I burned. I also watch my fat, protein, carbs, cholesterol and fiber. I try to keep my sugar below 50 grams daily.

I understand itry. I know WW works remarkably well for some people but not for everyone. I'm more like you - the points thing was always a little convoluted for me. Find something that makes sense for you and run with it!

I couldn't handle WW either, but it works really well for some! I am having good luck with Atkins, and if feels easier to track for me. Good luck!

I've tried Weight Watchers, Atkins, low cal, and so on. WW and low cal i was always hungry, Atkins I CRAVED bread and sweets, and was tired ALL THE TIME. I have screw up meals every so often but knowing that I can have those once in a while (and it forces my body to stay in a state of confusion) keeps me going. Its gotten me 40lbs. For the most part i stick with salads, yogurts, eggs, and stuff with a lot of protein in it. The yogurt keeps me from craving sweets.. the rest of it i just like, although I'm tired of salad. Basically, you just have to find something that works for you.. weight watchers might not be it. Personnally I thought weight watchers food was nasty, plain, and the portions were so tiny I stayed hungry.. and thats not a good combination when you've got craving

i just watch what i eat really. Its been the most successful thing i've got going, that and a really good support channel. not eating fast food and cutting out alcohol completely has helped more than anything else

Well you can count the calories while you count the points to keep track of how many you are eating. Both are counting, so it's not really any more work. I do both. WW wants you to use your calories for better quality foods (they are the foods that help you lose too). Lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Some great sites for recipes that give you WW pts are: Skinnytaste.com, Laaloosh.com, Emilybites.com You don't have to eat WW foods on WW. You eat regular food but in moderation. I eat spaghetti with meatballs, yogurt, hummus, casseroles, all kinds of great food. Since fruit and veggies are free, you should not feel hungry. There is nothing you can't have on WW. You just have to learn portion control and moderation. I use a food scale, measuring cups and and spoons. You can learn how to lighten up the foods you love. I had nachos the other day. A diet has to be sustainable for life, so I am learning. Do whatever works for you though.

If you want to know the truth, if you keep your calories low, and fill your diet up with vegetables, and lean protein, you don't have to watch too much of anything else. I stay under 1200 everyday, and Im not hungry. I eat a lot of vegetables. and I keep my self satisfied. Good Luck!

I do Weight Watchers, but I also track here which is helpful because I wanted to know more about the sodium, carbs, and calories. Have you tried Simple Start with Weight Watchers?

I've done weight watchers in the past and had success with it. But when I came off it I slowly gained back. This time I am trying to make life style changes. I count my calories and try to make better choices on what I eat. Counting calories makes me much more aware of which foods are better than others. FatSecret has a phone app but I actually like the Lose It! app for when I am on the go and then I transfer the info to this website when I am home. Hang in there and find what works for you. Each person is different and you have to adapt to what creates success for you!
