Got up this morning to discover a pound and a half increase. Just kick me while I am down! Two awful days at work and still ate fairly well. I know it is a bobble but I didn't need to see it today! However, onward and downward in weight! I had read that stress can hamper your weight loss. Guess there may be something to that.

Good morning, don't let that scale dampen your day for all we know it is water weight that will go away. You are working hard at your goal so just keep going. Today is your brand new fresh day.

I am dealing with the same thing and it is water weight. The scale is so deceiving sometimes. Just take this and adjust as need be so that you can get the results you desire in the next couple of days.

I totally agree that stress can play havoc! It might be water or it might just be your body doing a reset of some sort. One thing I try to remind myself is that even if the scale doesn't move the direction I want, I'm eating healthier and taking better care of myself nutritionally. It can be a hard idea to hang on to sometimes, but it often keeps me from getting totally discouraged. Just think of how yucky you'd feel physically if you were under so much stress AND eating badly. Keep up the good work. The results will show on the scale soon!
