Today I didn't get a chance to go walk Thor but I did go to the YMCA for my workout. I've raised my incline just by 1 and it is kicking my butt. I feel extremely tired. I raised it yesterday and felt the same way so all the way over on the bus I kept trying to figure out if I was going to do 30 minutes or a hour on the treadmill; I stayed on for my usual hour and I have no intention of going back,I want to keep doing better at it. At this point I am not going to say I feel stronger but I hope to get to where it doesn't make me feel spent. I hope all my buddies had a very good day.

Oh it will get much easier :-) That's when you'll have to kick it up again lol The fitter you get the harder you need to work to get that same calorie burn, so increasing the incline is an excellent idea. Remember, it may be exhausting now, but what used to be exhausting that' now easy? Fitness is easily kept in the shadows of weight loss glory, but I love being able to see how much fitter I am than I once was. Have a wonderful day, love!

Sorry you didn't get to walk Thor. I know the incline is killer.Works on different muscles. I probably wont get to walk at the lake today but you have inspired me to go longer on the treadmill and incline.Thank you!

I am happy to inspire you Rockytu. I am blessed at just the idea that I can walk. I know that it is working too. It was weird a couple days ago, I was looking at my driver's license and ok I admit that I never give my correct weight on my license. Anyway it makes me feel good to know that I am so close to what I said my weight was in 2010. When I go to the YMCA my bathing suit is not skintight anymore it actually is getting too big for me. Today I hope to find Thor's owners home so we can go walking. Have a wonderful day :)

I did the Hour today.Gonna do it tomorrow too.Wont be long we will have to go bathing suit shopping!

Incline is great Bea, but if it gets too much, its also beneficial to go back and forth between level and incline throughout the hour you spend. All those killer exercises I do in class and last week did a 45 min incline on the treadmill while yakking with the girl next to me. That night my calves cramped up like crazy! That'll teach me! The treadmill and I have a love/hate relationship! Have a great evening! You continue to amaze me with your incredible attitude.
