As I get older, my sleep is effected by what I eat, especially after lunch. Yesterday, I had an early dinner, with family from out of town, at about 4PM and ate something I hadn't eaten in years, Patty Melt and Mountain of Fries. I paid for it last night, waking up at about 2:30AM, soaking wet in sweat. Hopefully, I've learned something I will not forget.
