ugh!!! these damn carbs!!!!
In attempt to lower my carb intake and damage control what i did this morning i had sushi. 63g of carbs in sushi. smh it brought me over. Definitely wont be having oatmeal again for breakfast if im trying to watch my carbs. #learningprocess
