Josie Ann's Journal, 28 March 2014

I officially have no clue how much I accurately weigh! My mum got a new scale this week too and I went on it and it says I weigh 5 lbs less than my new scale?! I think I will still stick with my scales numbers; as I guess it's better to over rather than under estimate your weight. Rather frustrating, as these numbers unfortunately mean more than they should. Anyhow, I'm going to forget the lower weight on my mum's scale, as I'm quite certain I've not lost 5 lbs since I last weighed myself on my scale.

Doing well on my new diet plan and I'm committed to seeing it through for 2 more weeks of no gluten, dairy, eggs, sugar, soy, corn, & peanuts. It's the meal planning which is the most challenging as these foods are practically in almost everything prepared, and I also don't love cooking. However, the results are encouraging, so I will keep moving forward with it.

Have a great weekend everyone!
Josie

Do you have anything to put on the scale? Like weights, bottled water, and see if it's registering accurate? I agree, the Virgin diet would definitely help with weight loss because it's asking the follower to cut out so much of our ordinary daily food.

BELLA, that is a brilliant idea!!! Why didn't I think of that...probably because I've been too busy dealing with the emotional side of seeing my weight take wild swings from stupid bits of metal and bolts. Thanks sweetie, now I just need to find something accurate to weigh.

We use a Russian kettle bell to calibrate ours :)
