Just finished Dr. Oz's 3 day juice cleanse. Wasn't bad at all. I missed food a little, but I know it was good for me. I think I lost less than 2 pounds...so no big deal for me as far as weight loss.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
