Not sure how switching from Atkins to Paleo will affect my weight loss. Hoping it will be positive because I 'really' need a lifestyle that I can live with...forever :) I love to cook and find new recipes that are healthy. Keeping fingers crossed...
125.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Paleo is similar to Atkins. Just add fruits in slowly and you should be fine. You should also give your body a couple of weeks to adjust.
