holy holy - last night I had to bake for a bake sale and like always I had to try what I made before sending it out of my kitchen - honestly it was just a tiny bite but the stomach ache I got afterwards really surprised me. My body was not happy with the sugar and carbs at all and I spent a few hours feeling it,
I have woken feeling fine again but really was shocked at how my body reacted to something I usually eat freely.

Anyway onto my amazing news - huge drop of nearly a whole lb from yesterday - wow I certainly cause for my happy dance.

Had to do my measure today too and lost a total of 3" in 7 days - thats two happy dances for me today :)

I knew my clothes were looser and I could see the changes in the mirror but really I was shocked today.

140.4 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
