hmmm seem to be stuck!
however yesterday was not my best eating day and while my exercise has certainly gone up I still seem stuck
Hard to eat so strict when I am the cook in the family
but seems right now I must continue to be strict or I will not reach my goal
on the good side some of my clothes are very loose and I see a dramatic difference in my body - tomorrow is my 2 week weighin/measure and I am excited to see what the tape measure says
for its not all about the scale :)
141.2 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

That is very exciting, I love a good weigh/measure in. I hope the results keep you motivated and feeling proud of yourself.

How is your sodium intake? That could be causing your body to retain water. And don't forget to record things like juice. Liquids can hide a lot of calories in them. I also cook for my family, my advice is taste, not sample while cooking. :) If your clothes are loose, but you're not seeing the scale move, that's fantastic progress! Who knows, you might be gaining muscle.

Hi Blue Box - I dont drink juice ever and only have one black no sugar espresso a day - otherwise it is just plain old water, filtered of course. So I can rule that out but of course salt and I are old friends and while I have cut down much of it I do still use it so you are right there. I am finding new ways daily to substitute salt with other flavors and I certainly am getting better - I have not been drinking enough water either - though lord knows I am drinking far more then I used too - thank you so much for your input and advice. It is really great to hear others opinions. I am doing well and I am thrilled
