Had my annual today, ugh! Everything went well, my blood pressure was excellent 118/60. I was supposed to go in Jan and was just too busy so rescheduled. At that time I thought I'll lose 10 lbs before I go. I didn't, but I did get a health report that shows vitals for the last 9 years. In 2010 I weighed 139. . . since then its been 150-155 range. So looking on the bright side, its not my goal weight, but I've maintained this not goal weight for quite awhile, lol. I didn't pay much attention to weights between 2005 and 2008 as I was having babies then :)

Now I just need to get to my goal and maintain it! Yesterday I had much less carbs then I normally do and more protein and this morning I felt less bloated.

I thought all morning that it was Friday, poop.
