kept it in the 1800 today despite getting shaky in the afternoon and fairly comprehensive snacking - am getting better at predicting what I can/can't eat by evening and sticking inside limits - made some bad choices last week but I am feeling newly inspired and looking forward to a skinnier more healthy version of me! also pilates!
