Hi buddies! Just a short journal today.
I fell off the wagon today, having a muffin for coffee break :( I will try to compensate by eating a super light dinner when I come back from swimming (just a salad, cottage cheese and rye crackers) and will try to workout half an hour before going to sleep.
The important thing is creating a 500+ calorie gap every day, so when I eat "unplanned" food, I want to workout more and eat less. I am aware the most difficult part of a diet are the first 2 or 3 weeks. Last attempt failed, this is going to be successful :) It's fantastic to see the scale moving!! and in the good direction! :)

Today I am thankful for: -my job, even if frustrating some days, it gives me plenty of satisfaction -hitting the climbing gym tomorrow!!! can't wait :D -swimming today -my partner -my friends -my family -a warm German springtime
