Breakfast:- fruit smoothie
- whole wheat bread with vegetable sauce
- green tea

Lunch:
- salat
- vegetable soup
- meat with vegetables
- rice or quinoa

- spinach with mashed potato
- egg
Dinner:- yogurt with fruit and cereal
- Dark cocoa or tea
or
- mixed salad
- tea
Don`t forget about fruit and vegetables! For snack you can eat a piece of dark chocolate! :)
