Ugh! I hate holidays like Valentine's Day. I always get off track because I feel obligated to eat the candy that is given to me. And then I feel depressed and angry at myself for not having more self-control. Does anyone else do this?

What's important is that you enjoyed the chocolate that you did eat LOL! Hang in there and don't kick yourself down for it - it's one day in the year. I get off track sometimes too but I don't hold it against myself for it anymore [that doesn't accomplish anything]. My hubby and I went out-of-town this Valentine's Day. I started with a mid-morning breakfast before we left; had nothing until lunch at 4:00 p.m. and then a late dinner when we got back in town. I was sluggish all day Sunday but I put myself back on track yesterday and actually did a bootcamp fitness session from my DVD.
