Maybe the weight loss was water weight. I was sure to be down this morning but I only lost 4 ounces. Trying something different today...
So I ate, I know now pasta is my down fall. I was set to have only the one cup for dinner around 3pm but after basketball my big guy sat down with another bowl and I was like today is my cheat day- go for it!
Wonder what the scale is gonna say in the morning...
