Baffled. I ate like a pig yesterday and I am the same weight as I was. What is going on? Not complaining but I don't get how I can do that. Maybe I had a large calorie deficit from this week that made it get absorbed. The FS exercise tab did say my Kcal was at a net -253.

Back on my grime today, after devouring 3 cups of pasta with 3 meat balls throughout the course of the day. I will not be a pig today. Gonna have 1/2 a chicken breast with some arugula.

Need new sneakers, it feels like I replace them every 6 months. I was on the tredmil yesterday and my foot hurt so I compensated by doing something with my hip and now I have a blister on my foot and a painful hip. Finished the 5K though...

I had the same problem on the treadmill and had to get new tennies too, but it helped.

I feel so wasteful buying a new pair because they look perfectly fine but they don't feel right so the kids look at me like wha? again you need new sneakers they look brand new. So its not in my head right they break down on the inside?
