Baffled. I ate like a pig yesterday and I am the same weight as I was. What is going on? Not complaining but I don't get how I can do that. Maybe I had a large calorie deficit from this week that made it get absorbed. The FS exercise tab did say my Kcal was at a net -253.
Back on my grime today, after devouring 3 cups of pasta with 3 meat balls throughout the course of the day. I will not be a pig today. Gonna have 1/2 a chicken breast with some arugula.
Need new sneakers, it feels like I replace them every 6 months. I was on the tredmil yesterday and my foot hurt so I compensated by doing something with my hip and now I have a blister on my foot and a painful hip. Finished the 5K though...
