Joined Virgin Active! Cut out all starch and sugars! Going to gym 4 times a week! Lost 21 cm already in 2 months! YES! I'm BACK! I'm well on my way to my dream body!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 194.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
