Not really committed to weighing in and logging in what I'm eating yet. But I'll post my weight progress each week. My goal weight for end of March is 85. So I have about two weeks to lose two and a half kilos.
193.1 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 193.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
