Weight: 161.5 lb Body comp: 115lb lean, 46lb fat

Distance to goal:
Body fat %: -11.7
Weight: -31.5lb"

January 5, 2014

Body Fat %: 26.7
Weight: 149.5 lb Body comp 110lb lean, 40lb fat

Distance to goal:
Body fat %: -9.7
Weight: -19.5 lb

February 20, 2014

Body fat %: 24
Weight: 144lb Body comp 109lb lean. 35lb fat

Distance to goal:
Body fat %: -7
Weight: -14lb


N.B. Body comp calculations are approximate/ rounded which accounts for totals being slightly off.


Findings:
Weight loss between first two readings was equally divided, roughly between fat and lean muscle mass (-5 lb lean muscle, - 6 lb fat). Weight loss between second two readings was mostly fat loss!!!! (-1 lb lean muscle, -5 lb fat) FTW!

Thanks! I'm trying to stay the course and I am finding new challenges- like mechanical margin of error on my findings- along the way, but bit by bit I hope to keep pushing on. It's paradoxically more and less realistic for me to see myself at my goal. :)
