Here's to leaving the 200s next week!! Changed tracking apps midweek from Weight Watchers to another one as WW one down for four days; new one cost very little in a one off payment, is more flexible and won't cost me a sub of nearly £10 per month. I was only using WW as I never cancelled my online subscription from the days when I used to try to keep to their plan and failed repeatedly. Now I need to settle back to tracking properly again after the upheavals of the past weeks. DH is still improving bit by bit, although his energy levels deplete quite quickly; DS moved back in today for an indeterminate period. I spent the past two days cleaning the kitchen and three flights of stair walls/banisters at the flat he's giving up. I hate housework and it was a labour of love to clean for him when my own house needs some TLC urgently, but he was a real brick when DH was at his worst, even taking a week off from his own job to help out at our office, so it was deserved. It's going to be strange having him around again, even though he's been back twice before since leaving home the first time lo those many years ago (10 or so), but I think he'll find it stranger; condensing his life back into one room from a two bed, three floor flat will be weird for him. Still, it'll focus his mind on saving the deposit for his own house, which is the point behind the move. Hope you all find yourselves well and in the pink. :0)
