Stressy week leading up to first anniversary of a bereavement today, but woke up energised amazingly after silly o'clock lights out and did 40 minutes of walking mixed with running on the X trainer. Who knows how tired I'll feel tomorrow, but for now I actually feel ok. Wonders will never cease. :0)
201.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

yes. These times can be stressful. just do the best you can. But you sound like you have it Totally Under Control.. Cant wait for warmer weather to get more Active.
