WW was to hard to follow spent more time on computer logging than dieting. I have decided to do the CICO, besides this does not cost me anything and I am in control of me.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

It's funny when people say that. Counting points is just like calories. It takes me about 5 minutes a day to track all my food every day. It's funny the different perspectives people have. I will say it can be hard in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy and quick. The simple start is even easier when you follow their meal plan. But whatever works for you! Good luck!
