Chosing a diet plan
I have chosen the New Atkins Plan but while reading some of your comments I am not sure it will be right for me, I get kidney stones ( been 5 years since my last stone), but I do not want to encourage the forming of anymore. My doctor wants me to loose 30 pounds, I have high cholesterol and am allergic to the chol. lowering drugs, so I must do it by diet. Any suggestions??? I have never been a dieter so all this is new to me.
