Today for lunch I had a Healthy Choice Fresh Mixers (Creamy Tomato Penne Basil) and it was DELICIOUS! It was only 290 calories, but I am so full now that I feel like I could curl up under my desk and take a nap! I'm usually really leery about pre-made, microwaveable meals, but this was so good that I'm definitely going to buy more in the future!

Often I have carrots , apples , fruit for lunch at school. This week I also tried Healthy Choice Frish Mixers and found it very satisfying. It was healthy, low cal and easy to make. I won't do this all the time , but it was a nice break. ......I still have fond memories of you making sandwiches for our school lunches.....
