Feeling like I have more energy today.Less bloated.Scale showing 3.3# down.Cool.Only 18# to go. It will be a long road.I keep having to lose the same 20#.the positive side of this is that it hasn't been beyond that but still....It is hard to get older and of course age is only a number. 11 weeks until vacation.At a pound per week, I will be within 8 lbs of goal.I know I should have started sooner,but it is what it is.One day at a time. Keep on pluggin away.
