OK I am hungry; and it's too early to go to sleep; too cold to go out . . . I think my green smoothie flushed out my system and left me very hungry; I had a dinner complete with carbs . . . Ok I put 4 cloves garlic, cilantro, wheat grass, kiwi, orange, lime, paprika, green tea and chia seeds. And what should I eat now? Did I mention I'm hungry?

Eat pure protein...that'll curb your hunger. The carbs may be the reason your overly hungry.

Have you got any low calorie cocoa? Something hot that you can slip slowly might help.

damn those carbs! actually i am low on protein today; I'm going to search for protein but I also have to get my kids to bed; not fun when i'm hungry; not fun for them that is . . . . protein protein; i just bought a pure cocoa . . . i think it would keep me up all night though . . .

thanks you guys! i am eating peanuts and turkey slices lettuce pickles and mustard! at least i'm not eating potato chips! i don't know what's going on today . .. . ugh; i checked my cocoa - how does cocoa have fat in it???

Almonds are an afternoon snack for me. I like the 100 calorie packs for quick protein.

Boy this system ticks me off. I wrote a message and it 'burped' it into oblivion. Gist of message, you need 46 grams of protein a day and you're already at 85, protein isn't the problem. Suggest you view YouTube video "Low Carb vs. Plant-Based Diet", a picture being worth a thousand words. Then stop by drmcdougall.com and look at his free McDougall Program. You're doing a fabulous job, but you're struggling. I'm not counting calories nor have I implemented an exercise program, I haven't been hungry since starting in October and the stats tell the picture. By the end of the month I'll be under 190 for the first time in ages ... and I'm exploring new dishes and flavors every week. Keep up the good work, but don't be influenced by "popular trends". Good Luck. :D

I'm a big raw / veggies plant lover but the problem lies in the fact that I also love a lot of other crap! i will check it out after I get the kids off to school and go for my official weigh in !

Eliminating all forms of wheat from my diet is stabilizing my blood sugar and totally eliminating my hunger pangs and cravings. One bite of wheat, though, and it all comes back with a vengeance.
