Just got done doing Turbo Sculpt. Getting ready to go to work and hopefully tonight I'll have time to do a little bit on the elliptical. I used 5lbs weights b/c I haven't done it in awhile, but my next goal is being able to use 10lb weights in less than a month.

Update: Got in 30 minutes on the elliptical after work. .67miles, 16.9m calories burned. Does anyone know what the "m" after calories is? I've seen kcal before, but not an M like that!

Yay! for getting the exercise in! You might also want to keep your 10 lb weights on hand and switch back and forth because some muscles can take more than others. At least that's what I find. But easing back in is the way to go! Great job!
