Beginning weight was a guess so now I have actual starting weight listed. Enjoying the structure of the 5:2 Fast way of eating and looking forward to seeing results on the scale and in the mirror :)
134.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
