This was a difficult week as emotionally I was not feeling my best and therefore cut corners when it came to my eating. I didn't eat carbs but I did eat some fried food.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
