So after months of not excersing or dieting i finally worked up the courage to weigh myself. While im not happy with the number i still feel and look pretty good so im not as stressed as i should be.... I joined a gym, my goal is to go 3 times a week and my boyfriend and I are working hard to eat healthier, that's all i can really ask of myself for right now. time to get to work...again.
