Time to start again, honestly. Since starting a new relationship 2 months ago i haven't been exercising at all, eating like crap and spending too much money. Time to change; not time to say, "ok, tomorrow". Today i'm planning a menu full of health foods i can eat with my man, today i budget and make a plan to join a gym before the end of the month. I've been feel fatigued, grumpy, and not too confident.
Ugh, to feel healthy again. My motivation :)
