Decided on a shorted run/walk today - 25 min plus 5 minute warm up and 5 min cool down, followed by stretches for IT Band. Right knee still a little tender but did not bother me during run. Will look into wisdom of using cycling to cross train until it settles right down. (Have my 20 min plus on treadmill done for challenge
