Body Composition Test Results on 12/14/13

Fat - 26.8% 47.7 lbs
Lean - 73.2% 130.2 lbs

To get to 20% I need 140 lbs of lean and weigh 175. If I have 140 lbs of lean I need to weigh 161 lbs to get to 13%. If I weigh 162 lbs and have 130 of lean I should be at 20%
