I got derailed by Thanksgiving and by just being busy. I have been sticking very closely to my exercise routine of going to the gym at lunch and doing zumba, but have missed tennis (due to weather) the last week or so, and my calorie intake is certainly higher these last couple of weeks than what any normal human should consume. Gosh I really do love pumpkin pie. BUT, all that is behind me now, and will start fresh today with a new resolve.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
