It is a co-worker's birthday today, and he brought in these delicious looking brownies and put them at the end of my desk (because my desk is kind of in the middle of the office where there is a lot of traffic). I have not had one, and don't intend on having one! We are also getting cake later in the day to celebrate, but once again, I am going to pass on that. AND I did not have any candy yesterday and am not going to have any today, either. (Usually I snack on candy a little bit throughout the day.) I am really proud of myself :) And I'm thankful that my sister told me about this website! She is my motivation and inspiration in this!!
