I am still a functioning human being. I have been going to the gym regularly, but for short visits. I can't wait for the one closer to work to open up. 3ish more weeks! I stated tracking again yesterday. It has been long overdue. LOL No workout plans today, but I get to see my sister! Happy day is that!

Sometimes just being a "functioning human being" is a big accomplishment for me! So bravo! Getting to the gym, even for short visits, is better than not going at all. And the phsychological boost is just as important as the physical one. Enjoy your visit!

Functional is a good description on how things are. Have fun with your sister, and good job going to the gym, no matter how much time you spent there you went and that is what matters.
