I don't know how I did it, because for the last two days I haven't been going by my diet. But, I have been going to the gym at least every other day or every other other day. :-)
171.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1015 kcal Fat: 33.14g | Prot: 33.80g | Carb: 154.30g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Half and Half Cream, Boiled Egg, Equal Equal. Lunch: Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt - White Chocolate Strawberry, Hanover Frozen Mixed Vegetables, SeaPak Popcorn Shrimp. Dinner: Grimmway Farms Baby Carrots, Skinny Cow Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Vanilla. Snacks/Other: Honeycrisp Apples, Belgian Chocolate Drenched Oreo Cookies, Bananas. more...
