Don't do it sweets. I had to 2 nieces who had the surgery and it's impossible to follow their diet. Doesn't work unless you have the surgery. Lots of reasons, none of which I can remember. Just keep dieting and exercising. Even with the surgery, they can still gain it back. One gained about 70lbs and had to, OMG diet. And the irony is that the doctors require you to diet prior to the surgery to prove you're a good candidate and will follow directions. Why not diet to begin with?
Do it the healthy way. Get your proper rdi. For your weight, I'm going to guess 1200 is too low. And too low isn't good either. Begin documenting your foods. Find a diet you can live with. No crash dieting will last forever. Starve yourself and you'll gain again and be back to square 1. Do it now while you're young.
