Happy to be done with that conference and back to home-cooked food. Did my usual treadmill routine this morning: 45 mins, hill intervals up to 7.0 grade; 2.6 miles; 305 calories burned. Need to increase my routine. I still break a sweat but I'm not huffing and puffing any more. Oh, Jen, do you still have that link to that interval training? I think I'm ready to tackle that now. (If you have to re-research it, I'm sorry to impose on you).
