Working on sticking with the diet as best I can. Couldn't help the can of Diet Coke with the first meal, mostly because I needed to wash down the chicken breast. Can't wait for the protein powder to show up. And the loose creatine.

Just a couple changes at a time. Getting lunches prepped early for small meals, waking up at 6am or so. I don't want to try to make every change, but the gamer in me? Oh, the gamer in me needs to get the meters to the right macros.
