Day 2, Week 1 Holiday Cruise to Lose!

Safe journeys and healthy thoughts to everyone!

I purposely went really low cal today. I had a string of fairly and very high calroies days and I needed to make up for it. I didn't starve myself and I wil go back to eating normal tomorrow. I also drank a LOT of water (esp for a Saturday)

Old Man Scale: Notice I did not weigh in today? Yeah yesterday was a cheat day and he let me know it, too! :) Hopefully all the water today washed the salt gain away :)

Yoga was fantastic. But man I am tired tonight. Power yoga wears me out.

Worn out by Yoga - that's a good thing! Old man scale will smile upon you again soon, I'm sure. I hope you had some yummy stuff for your cheat day!

One of my favorite "scenes" in my Cruise to Lose "Talent Show" was a yoga-like DVD. I think it was more like Tai Chi! I loved that tape. Very calming -- but very energizing at the same time -- yin and yang -- spelling? Have a greeeeaaaaat low calorie kind of day!
